The development lead (Resource), confirms the next two week project definition and locks the project. They export the data and static report information, checking both files into CVS.
A developer (Resource) views the overall project, then narrows the view to the tasks assigned to them. They update the status of each task as their work progresses.
An architect (Resource) defines work plans and tasks to implement required business funtionality as defined by the project stakeholders.
A tester (Resource) identifies a problem, or request for enhancement, and enters an appropriate new task description for it.
